POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 12, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. Sleeping arrangements for 11.
2. Up to 5 vehicles parking. No parking allowed on the street year-round.
3. Access to Schaffer's Mill Amenities is restricted to Schaffer's Mill Members and their guests only.
4. Neighborhood Construction. The HOA has rules in place pertaining to hours of work, noise, etc. Guests are advised to contact Tahoe Getaways in advance of making a reservation with questions.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
