The community will have large crowds during this week. - The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 10 adults plus 1 child under the age of 13. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted. - This residence does not have access to the amenities at Old Greenwood's Pavilion/Club. - A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. A pet fee of $50/night will be charged for up to 2 dogs.
