The location of the apartment was super great and was accessible from the metro. There were grocery stores nearby. Overall a great experience. "

"The apartment overall was great it had all our needs and was very clean and tidy. AC was a must and it was perfect for the room. However, just a few nitpicks I’ve got to mention, on two occasions, once including our arrival from the airport, the main door to get into the apartment was locked so we was locked out for a while but maintenance was speedy in coming to fix the issue. Dieses Appartement war von der Sauberkeit relativ in Ordnung, allerdings wirklich in einem sehr sehr abgewohnten renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. "This apartment is managed by a management company. It was the only one where I had to pay a damage deposit (150 Euros) up front. "It is very conveniently located by 2 metro lines that run along major stops in Barcelona. The apartment had all the basic necessities and was very clean. As a little bonus, the water pressure was good. A variety of local grocery stores, convenience stores and really good tapa restaurants.
