"I would absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends and family, just the smell in the giant entrance/lobby area itself was enough, smells lovely 24/7 and its extremely clean with refreshments provided! We got a glass of cava on arrival, and on another day when it was their 3rd birthday they left cakes and drinks for all the guests. They also had juice and water and sweets for guests too. Lots of staff on the check in desk. There is so many pools, including a roof top one which was unreal and had a live singer and saxophonist! Felt so luxurious! The drinks are amazing, especially the frozen strawberry daiquiri! There are a few restaurants to choose from too, really nice and fancy but not over priced, just fairly priced. The gardening is gorgeous all around, so aesthetically pleasing everywhere you look. The breakfast was fantastic, there is so many stations with everything to choose from and its constantly topped up, like they just dont run low on anything, even at the end, was amazed by it, never experienced anything like it. Rooms are soundproof and clean. Cleaners came every day to change the towels and bedding "

"Outstanding. We absolutely loved our week at this hotel, with the only minor criticism being the music (which became very annoying) played on the terrace near the bar. However, this is of course a subjective criticism and the staff would turn it down if asked. The hotel is spotlessly clean, very tastefully decorated and furnished. The 3 pools (one of which is heated) are crystal clear, and the outdoor area has been very well thought out and planted with care. It’s a place that you want to spend time in. In fact, so much so, that we hardly left the hotel for the whole week. We couldn’t fault the staff with everyone being extremely friendly, helpful and fun. It struck us that they seemed to exhibit a lot of pride in their work, and this came out in their focus on attention to details. We think that the management team have done a great job in training, and engendering this spirit in their people. We opted for half board, and both breakfast and evening meals offered a wide choice of dishes. Some really healthy eating options too. Great fresh food. The direct bus from Barcelona airport stops about 100m from the entrance making travel very simple. A big thank you to everyone there, and we will almost certainly go back again. "

"The hotel was great more than expected and very family friendly. Only down side is how thin the walls are especially if you have younger children I would say the only thing they can approve on is will be trying to put family and children on the scene four not next to someone who do not have younger children so that the noise will not disturb them during their stay. Also, even though it was a little off-season, having a heated Jacuzzi or at least a warm, Jacuzzi would’ve been great for outside. The after hours, kids club was absolutely amazing. Each night was a different show or a different activity. It was very entertaining for both adults and children. I will definitely stay here again with my family and or by myself. "

"We loved the central location and proximity to the beach and pedestrian only streets. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For a family of four we had the family room which was as two adjoining rooms. Great for travelling with young adult children. The breakfast was delicious and had a lovely variety to choose from. I would stay here again and recommend it. "
