"This was a very spacious suite with nice location. There should have been paper towels in kitchen and we were fortunate to have a washing machine but no dryer. It was very dark in the rooms. Need more lighting. I had a hard time seeing things in suitcase. Overall a good value for amount of space."

"Nice location for dining - few blocks to very nice restaurants. A few flights of stairs to the room may make it difficult for some travelers. A little walk to the main square, but not too far. Breakfast was very nice the first morning, but less served the second morning, although adequate. Overall, a nice stay and enjoyed Trieste. "

"Superb staff extremely helpful before I arrived, nothing was to much trouble. Hotel is immaculate all rooms have seaviews over Adriactic sea, 10 min bus ride from town centre bus tickets available from hotel and a mere 200mtr walk to bus stop. Restaurant food was superb and reasonably priced. Please note there are no irons in hotel but do offer a off site laundry and ironing service. "

"This hotel was a wonderful place to stay especially if you are on a cruise because of the close proximity to the port we just rolled our bags over. The food is wonderful although simple for breakfast and the front desk people are full of helpful suggestions for pasta laces to eat. The only problem we had was the a/c had not been turned on yet in Mid May and with windows open and a fan in the room it was very difficult to sleep. The bed was comfortable but too humid for a good nights sleep"

"The hotel is in a old well cared for building right by the main square which is across from the cruise ports which was our reason for coming. The hotel has a lift and a very modern feel. The wood floors are lovely. We appreciated how helpful the staff were and that the items in the fridge were complimentary. We would definitely stay again if in Trieste. "

"The location is perfect, and the staff are beyond friendly. My single room was quite small, but very comfortable with a new bathroom. My only complaint is their pillows are very skimpy."
