"Beautifully appointed and decorated apartment in a gorgeous historic building. Manuel greeted us at the door and showed us around the museum-like suites. Wonderful location in Trieste. Stay here— you’re in for a treat."

Breakfast was very nice the first morning, but less served the second morning, although adequate. Overall, a nice stay and enjoyed Trieste. "

"The hotel is in a old well cared for building right by the main square which is across from the cruise ports which was our reason for coming. The hotel has a lift and a very modern feel. The wood floors are lovely. We appreciated how helpful the staff were and that the items in the fridge were complimentary. We would definitely stay again if in Trieste. "

"This is a very charming and conveniently located 2-bedroom apartment (La Scalinata, also on booking.com). It's located steps from a pedestrian street with many sidewalk cafes and bars and is a pleasant 10 min walk into the centre of town. The interior is pleasantly decorated and well maintained: a kitchen with small but sufficient table for eating, a good shower, 2 bedrooms (one master bedroom and one smaller room with 2 twin beds). There are not 3 bedrooms, as claimed on HomeAway or...
