"I booked this place based off the internet picture. I The property was nothing like the picture. Instead it was in a large apartment building. There was no breakfast. We were told there would be tokens to do laundry and there were none. It took someone all day before they got back to us about these tokens ad we were told the people before us used all the tokens.
