The property is very nice in a quaint location. Dining options in walkable distance are minimal though. They provided a list, but all were in downtown Frieberg am Breslau.

The place is worth for its price. It is a bit farther from the city center but since the bus stop is literally in-front of the hotel, it is not a big deal. There are no other dining options around the area. Overall, the accommodation is good, it is clean, they clean up everyday or upon request, the receptionists greet you whenever they see you, they speak good English, so that helps. Check in and check out process were pretty smooth. My room was next to the street and so I can hear the activities outside, just enough to notice it and not really annoy you. Shower curtain rod feels like it would give up on you since it it made of PVC pipe. Just be careful, I guess.

Spacious room, but could use a renovation. The flooring was carpet and had some old stains. I would suggest to remove the carpet and replace it with something easier to clean. Also the bathroom was rather old and could use an update. But for everything else it was a perfect accommodation. Breakfast was very good and staff was friendly.

Room was large, staff were very helpful, car parking at the hotel wasn't an issue and was free. Place is a bit messy, room was full of random furniture, cupboards etc. Not in a convenient location but we knew that when booking and had a car so wasn't an issue for us.

Breakfast is decent. Access to lobby is horrible as we have to lug our luggage up the steps with no help. One of our family member's room is horribly small and hotel will not make any concession despite having booked over 6 months ago, we should have been given priority on the better rooms. No air conditioning is a negative!

Hotel ist gut ,sauber , aber schade auf den Bildern ist es anderst wie Vorort .. Bilder im Internet erneuern .. gab kein Restaurant wie auf Bildern schade sehr schöne Terrasse .. und an der Bar gab es nur Bier und Wein … Da waren wir ein bisschen enttäuscht .. Aber sie haben eine Liste gehabt wo Restaurant verfügbar waren waren in der Nähe wo man zu Fuß gut hin kam von den Minuten her . Für Pendler ist es Okey oder für eine Nacht aber für ein längeren Aufenthalt weniger nicht zu empfehlen..

Shame about this establishment.run down property although rooms are passable and of reasonable stamdart Main building which housed the restaurant falling apart and need a lot of TLC.saying all that a decent investment would turn this place in to a little gem. Pictures on the website particularly on the outside are clearly well out of date. Whilst handy for the town ...less than 10 minutes by car we won't be staying here again. We travel to Freiburg 2 times a year ..have been doing so for 35 years . I wish them luck .
