"Everything was great about the property. Super clean, nicely appointed rooms with coffe and tea and water available in the rooms, perfect location in the heart of the old city. My only issue was that the lobby did not have seating available if you’re waiting. There was a large seating area to the side that was shut down for a party. So, if you needed to wait in the lobby or use the restrooms, no amenities were available. This was disappointing for a four star hotel. "

"This hotel is modern, extremely clean and very nice. Even the underground garage is perfectly located, bright and easy to navigate, that is rare in Spapin. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options. Out of six hotels with stayed in during our Spanish vacation this year this was definitely the best hotel."

"As with any old property there were minor issues with some of the facility. Our room in particular was a bit dangerous. Three steps down from the bed area to the desk area and then another step down to the bath area. Hard to maneuver at noght"
