"Rooms were clean and shower was excellent. Food in the bar area was average."

"The hairdryer didn't work. No coffee in the room (there is tea but no milk). The room is clean and spacious. Gym was small and no water or towels in the gym. A bit of a walk (30 minutes) to the centre of Seville. The hotel is clean and modern. Mainly used by conferences "

"Overall the hotel could use improvement when it comes to cleanliness and some of the staff attitude. Our bed sheets were ripped, the bathroom was somehow dirty, we were provided with a twin room, although from the photo looks presented we booked a double bed with view, but we were placed on the first floor viewing the street garbage large bins. The improvement suggested over the staff has more referance for me when it comes to the lady that checked us in, who was not friendly and made us feel like she was making a great effort in receiving us."

"A real gem in a wonderful part of Seville with lots of small cafes with tasty local food nearby. The experience during our stay exceeded my expectations. It had everything that my family of three needed to fully enjoy Semana Santa. Our place was surprising large, immaculately clean, modern, filled with light and included a well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher plus shared clothes washing machines and dryers. The location was perfect - close to everything on the edge of the super touristy central zone. A 15 minute walk to the main cathedral, one block away from the main road next to the river with multiple buses that across the city. The front desk staff members were also extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again for a short or long stay. "

"Big and only 3 lifts??? Totally average and breakfast is chaotic. Pool area is so small and gets busy quick"

"Terrible experience. - First hotel we have ever stayed at that charge guests to use the pool. Unbelievable - Leak in the bathroom which was reported however no action taken by staff - Main door to the room scraping against the floor and wouldn't open properly - No youtube on the smart TV - Same breakfast every day with limited options - Requested a complimentary late check-out only for a couple of hours however this was declined "
