"Lovely independent hotel within about 15-30mins walk of most of Seville’s sites. Great to have a little kitchen and fridge to cook your own food and save money. You order breakfast food and drink online the evening before and we found there was plenty. You can text the check in desk to ask questions. "After checking in, there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. I called the front desk but they were rude and didn’t care. They did spray but it as just household insect spray and we had more of them. The bathroom was the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen in any hotel, and especially when this is a 4 star hotel. Only one person could stand in there at a time. The shower was ridiculous small & you had to adjust the water temperature standing by the sink because it was so tiny. The room smelled like sewer because the sewer drain was right outside our room. The bed was very uncomfortable. The drinking glasses were never replaced after use so we used the same ones for 4 days. The breakfast was basic and wished I had not paid extra for it, certainly not worth the price. Although they do an a very limited menu that you can order off of and the food was good. I had stayed there previously for a week four years and my room, staff and food was fantastic which is why I was excited to return with my husband and another couple. I am quite embarrassed to have suggested this hotel. Ours friends experienced was about equal to ours except they had ants instead of cockroaches. We stayed in 6 different hotels in just under a month during our vacation and per night, this one was the most expensive ( not to mention the cost of parking per day), but by far the WORST room and front desk staff we encountered."
