"This is an absolutely stunning hotel. Extremely pristine as only opened last year. The communal rooms like the lobby, lounge and restaurant areas are beautiful. I was told by a member of staff that the hotel used to be a theatre before it was refurbished and that is reflected still in the gorgeous tiered central area of the hotel. "The place was very clean. Staff were very courteous. We rented a 1 bedroom with a sofa bed in living room. Sofa bed was comfortable. It was very convenient to have a kitchenette. Washer/dryer was available although hours are very limited but we still appreciated having it available to us. It was ~ 20 min walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar for me but only a couple of blocks to Setas. There were a lot of restaurants nearby. Pool was open but we didn’t get to use it as weather was not hot...

"What a lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms and baths- we give the overhead shower a 10 out of 10. The staff is so helpful and the rooftop restaurant is a beautiful spot for views and drinks. The location is excellent with walkability to the Palace and Cathedral and a fabulous set of bars and restaurants nearby in plaza Alfalfa. Loved this hotel!"

"Everything is great. Magdalena was very helpful. Only thing is the shampoo and shower gel weren't labelled so we had to guess which one is which, but it wasn't a big deal, we could easily have asked but didn't want to bother. The shower was nice and hot, very relaxing. "
