The sofa was not comfortable as it was old and had the cushion worn out; the kitchen needs a coffee maker and a few more hand tools; it would be nice to have salt and pepper; oil and vinegar; and paper towels on hand. we had to buy all those things for a short four day stay. "Loved the space & the location. Loved that there were essentially 2 bedrooms (converted living room). It was tricky getting around by car initially as the wifi was not great in the town & many streets are one-way or not for motorists, but walking around was easier. I recommend downloading offline maps to make sure you get there. Owner also provided written directions, which were helpful, but then we lost our way when looking for parking (we had to wait as we arrived there during their lunch break). "
