"The staff went out of their way to help us when we realized my husband had left a dental device in the room we were over 350.miles away when he realized he left.it. it only took 1 call back to the hotel where we found out the had it and made arrangements to ship it to our home address 5 states away. Thank you to the cleaning staff and the front desk staff. See you in the fall! A very satisfied customer."

"They canceled our reservations last minute we were there and they claimed that my credit card didn’t go through when I had the receipt and I could show them my bank app that was paid so they said they had to refund it and I wouldn’t be getting a room yet other people were walking up and they were giving out rooms like the one I had reserved three times as much due to a concert for BTS in El Paso horrible horrible service and they were so rude. Hotels.com called them and try to help us and they wouldn’t even speak to them."

"$150 deposit for one night stay, that’s double what the room cost… television got only ONE channel and the room had a portable a/c unit in it. The rooms look like the old hotels in Vegas, worn out and outdated. Look NOTHING like the pictures on the app, will NEVER stay at Baymont again "
