"Parking very easy till we booked in and were asked to pay £14, this was not mentioned on the hotel advert with Expedia nor on the email confirming the booking. After some debate with reception the guy borrowed our phone to show us where it was, not under this hotel but scrolled down another half dozen pages and showed us it the parking charges in the general terms and conditions, while scrolling saw the booking charge had dropped by £20, so suggested they took the parking charge out of this,...

They said I could be my bag and while I was taking a few things out of the bag I heard another customer come up to the desk to a different Representative and he proceeded to look and give her a room. "Excellent, welcoming reception staff (manager?) with the beard, he was a lovely, jolly and very helpful chap indeed :-) facilities were just what we needed for a quick overnight stop when travelling. We had clean, simple but effective rooms, that were well maintained and a speedy check-in and check-out process that made the experience a breeze!"
