"We had a family room for one night stay. Firstly, the reception could not find out booking. When we finally got the room, we were given the ''older'' part of the hotel. The rooms are very spacious but lacks modern vibe, had rusty tap, radiator in the bathroom. There was no drinking water in the room provided and I had to request for it. Walls are thin as we could hear music from other room very clearly. Also, TV kept blurring, buzzing or blacking out. In the restaurant, lack of staff was felt,...
