The room was comfortable and had good facilities; although the shower gel in the bathroom was virtually empty and not refilled when the room was cleaned. Nor did we get the water/tea/milk refilled (however I did ask for more tea & milk and got this quickly). As we were only there two nights I can't say if this was a one off or not. Comfy bed, great amenities, wonderful breakfast buffet (the pictures do not do it justice: waffle making station, made to order eggs any style, fish, herring, cereals, toast, hot foods section, desserts, juices and coffee any style made with real milk from the espresso machine not powder). "I stay in Vilnius frequently, often in hotels. This is a good one, with helpful, knowledgeable staff; quiet; comfortable bed and furniture, good wifi, easy to use keys and lifts. I didn't try the (Italian) restaurant, but it was well-occupied (though my stay was largely during a public holiday). Heating/aircon was perfect. My only problem was one evening when hot water didn't fully function."

"Great location as a base for walking around the Old Town and seeing the main tourist sights, and it’s close to many food and drink venues. Checkin was simple, room was clean, modern and comfortable. Basement parking is tight and spaces are limited; they MUST be reserved in advance, which we did, fortunately. We didn’t order breakfast so cannot comment. "

"Great location and the hotel has parking. We have a family room and it is a large space with one bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed is not very comfortable. The hotel is dated but price and location make it a good value. "
