"Loved the location. The cabin was well designed and clean. Staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful. Parking was easy and amenities were excellent. Looking forward to returning."

"This hotel was beautiful. The entire staff was helpful and nice, from the valet to the front desk, to the maintenance. They all greeted us throughout our stay even though we didn't use the valet or maintenance. We didn't see a use for the valet because parking was easy. But that keeps your car in the front of the hotel if you plan to leave a lot. The hotel is in such a great location we walked everywhere. We ate twice at the Blue Moose which is the hotel's restaurant and their wings were amazing. We didn't use it but they have 24/7 room service as well. The only negative was that we had a balcony room facing the pool, which I believe I paid more for. It was a little gross out there...cobwebs, a little bird dirt, chairs that were dirty. We never used the balcony because of it."

"We stayed for 4 nights. It’s an adorable motel in the river. The balcony with river view was the best in the morning. The breakfast cooked to order was absolutely top notch! There was a pool and it was very clean. The room was quiet and peaceful. Location was great also. Gave us that old school motel feel with an updated look. I would definitely stay again!"

"I'm not a fan of the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area to begin with, so that probably effected my ratings. They both try so hard to be the next Branson, and Gatlinburg is just too small of an area for that many people. Also, I discovered when we checked in that the hotel was hosting a high school cheerleading convention. Nearly 1,000 hyperactive teenagers everywhere you went in the property. It also effected the amount of paring spots that were available, as the lot was over full, and it's a pretty big lot. But all in all, it's nice hotel thats sits atop the rest of Gatlinburg. The room had a small balcony with a decent view of the Smokey Mountains. It wasn't too difficult to get in and out of the hotel while avoiding the usually congested main road in town."

"Lovely, well maintained, very clean cabin. Perfect for 4 adults/2 couples. Each bathroom is attached to one of the 2 bedrooms which is private and convenient. My 2 adult children and I had plenty of space to be together or spread out for our individual pursuits.The cabin is conveniently located near Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the park entrance. Parking is in front of the cabin but on a hill. Once in the cabin, the first floor has the primary ensuite. Easy access to the main room and wrap around porch.We loved not being in a generic community but feeling we were in the Smokies with log homes surrounded by trees and hills."
