"Arrived at the street side entrance only to find an elevator that had no indication of where the lobby was, up or down. After waiting about 15 minutes or so with a few other guests for the elevator to arrive, it was being used by the hotel staff to deliver laundry finally made it to the Lobby only to find out we'd been given a room on the 6th floor, but the 2-3 person elevator only goes to the 5th floor so up the stairs we went with our luggage. "Lovely stay with friends, great rooms - huge, spacious, good facilities and bathroom products. Great location in Trabzon, walking distance of djoos, gd douk, restaurants. Small negatives - i emailed twice before visiting and never got any response. For one dinner i had a half sized salad, nut hot charged full price 😕 Would definitely return. Thank you to everyone for a lovely stay. "
