Excellent Hotel to stay in Trabzon

Great hotel to stay in. Location is ideal for walking around town with shops nearby. Staff of the Hotel were polite and helpful. The room was clean and pretty spacious. We enjoyed our brief stay and would not mind staying again there on our next visit. Thanks to the Staff once again.

Good location. The breakfast room on the top floor was lovely, with views over the water and a wide selection of breakfast foods. AC worked great, bed was comfy, and bathroom fully equipped. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean and comfortable. Turan ensured the breakfast area was meticulously stocked with fresh fruit, vegetables and pastries, it was outstanding and he and his staff were friendly and attentive. Both Bell Hops were excellent help and informative for local restaurants and shops. Overall great experience and wonderful staff.

First and foremost, the staff were very sweet and kind, which goes a very long way! The place is more like a pensione than a hotel. It didn't seem as though anyone had any training in the hospitality industry, which added to the language barrier. Two of the young men working reception had passable English skills, but I had to speak slowly and clearly, in simple sentences. The morning breakfast is unimaginative and worth skipping. Even on a shoestring budget, it is possible to present a lovely breakfast for guests, especially given the wonderful fruits and veg available in Trabzon, not to mention the lovely pastries available--you will be spared that at breakfast. The cleaning ladies were marvelous and sweet and kept the room clean and tidy. The room itself was dark and tiny with two small single beds, separated by a heavy, clunky nightstand. The place didn't have any amenities like a gym, pool, or spa. The internet was okay and there was, apparently parking. The best part about the place is that it is about 20 steps away from the main square and the heart of the Ortahisar neighborhood, which made up for much. Overall, it was an okay and inexpensive, clean, but uninteresting and not someplace that I would necessarily return to.

كان رقم غرفتي : 106 > الدور الأول ## الإيجابيات: - السعر ممتاز - موقع الفندق رائع - موظفي الاستقبال يتحدثون الانجليزية - الغرفة نظيفة ومرتبة ومريحة. - خدمة غرف وتنظيف يومي - يوجد مكيف / ثلاجة - يوجد : غلاية ومستلزمات شاي وقهوة وماء / حذاء للحمام /اتجاه القبلة / سجادة صلاة - الواي فاي جيد جدا - صالة الفطور لا يوجد فيها موسيقى ولا إزعاج - الماء الحار يخرج بسرعة من المغسلة #### السلبيات: - لا يوجد أي إطلالة ولا منظر جميل من النافذة - الغرفة تعتبر صغيرة لكن ليست ضيقة - لا يوجد كرسي ولا طاولة أكل في الغرفة - لا يوجد عزل : تسمع كل الأصوات وإزعاج الأطفال وكل شيء في الممر : سيء جدا - التحكم بالمكيف عالجدار عند الباب فقط - مقابس الكهرباء في جهة واحدة من السرير فقط - الفطور بسيط جدًا، والأهم أن الأكل الساخن لم يكن ساخنًا؛ حتى الحليب كان دافئًا فقط. - لا يوجد في الغرفة: فرشاة أسنان / مناديل - مصعد واحد فقط ل 5 أدوار - لا يوجد في الحمام شطاف يدوي / يوجد شطاف مدمج (داخل المرحاض فقط) : غير جيد ولا مناسب

Bien situé au centre de Trabzon, l'hôtel dispose en fait d'un parking derrière. Ce qui est très précieux. Personnel attentionné, petit-déjeuner remarquable au cinquième étage avec vue sur la mer Noire.
