My room was NOT a suite It was a tiny bedroom ,pleasant bath and a small entrance A few small things would make the hotel better , No Kleenex in my room; scrambled eggs that were not incinerated (this was true all over Belgium and France) and inexcusable; etc But great location and cheerful and intelligent staff"

"We spent two nights in February at this wonderful hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was very nice, turn down service and breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The staff is very helpful also. We can’t wait to return to Colmar and this region of Alsace. "

"Room was very small, bed uncomfortable.. hot water in the shower was not consistent at all. I had to finish a shower in cold water. I opted for no breakfast and they tried to charge me for both nights tha I stayed. Great location though. Wasn’t horrible, but o don’t think I would stay there again. "
