Exceptional service - my husband left his watch in the safe and they called us and were able to help ship it back to us. I cannot say enough about their honesty and their wonderful service! "Really cool loft apartment.
It was across the street from the edge of old town so easy to walk into town but no husstle/busstle/noise out front.
There were some issues people were having getting their key out of the lock boxes and the stairs were quite a lot with luggage.
The spa area was also really cool."
