The staff were efficient and friendly. My room was nice and clean, although it wasn't fancy and in need of a face lift, like myself. It was very comfortable and quiet on the top floor so slept like a baby. My 2nd visit at the Madison Plaza and i would stay there again when visiting my son as it's in a perfect location to get around with the 50 cent bus fares, also priced well if you're just looking for somewhere clean to place your head down at night.

I was warned that there were “undesirables” around this property but I enjoyed my stay. The staff were polite and helpful, the room was basic but clean and everything worked. As a budget place to stay it was perfect for me.

A Comfortable family stay

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, with comfy, clean beds and a decent bathroom. However, the rooms require replacement of blinds as they were unusable and broken, bathroom fixtures were loose, and the general state of the room needed sprucing up. The reception was helpful and allowed us to stay an extra hour after checkout.
