"The staff are very friendly. Check in was quick and efficient. We liked it that the room was dark with double shades over the window, AC worked great, beds were comfortable and the room/bathroom were clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The only concern was that we were in a pet friendly room and the room was carpeted. The carpet was damp and didn't feel clean. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay with a good night's sleep. We prefer Hampton Inn and have never been disappointed in our many visits. "

"We chrcked in with Danielle and she was extremely pleasant & helpful . We had breakfast on our last morning and it was good but a bus was there and pretty much tapped out the hot food. It wasnt being replenished but we did manage to have breakfast. "

"The Double Tree Hilton in Binghamton was a lovely hotel to stay at. It was always clean and quiet and the staff were helpful. The restaurant and bar on site was great along with the small shop to buy snacks and medicines etc "
