"Negatives - Very small - looks much larger online. Nowhere to put your suitcase, we had to use the kitchen chairs or the floor. Nowhere to unpack your suitcase so we had to live out of it for 4 nights. We were on the Top Floor and the pitch of the roof caused our room to be much smaller. Positives - great location - great communication with staff - filled our needs"

"They were renovating and no lounge or bar area was available. I would not have booked here had I know. Also spa not opened during my stay "

"The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was also very nice that there was coffee and tea machines in the lobby. Our room of course had a small kitchen which was nice to have options. The staff were nice."

"Very small Not as advertised No AC !!!( or hear for that matter ) VERY NOISY STREET!!! Homeless stationed right in front of the hotel door and no one cares Cheapest amenities , towels , bedding All of that for 400$ a night Never again , hope this helps others to not make same mistake"

"Very small room maybe you have about 1.5 feet all around the bed. Bathroom was about 6x4 feet all around including shower, toilet and sink.elevator you can have 2 big suitcase and 2 person that it no room but it is Paris and it is close to a lots restaurants "
