"For a variety of reasons, we had to delay any trip until a couple of days before the bank holiday. Additionally many places accepting pets restrict it to dogs and we have a house cat who we had to bring. Most areas had nothing left, for a short weekend break or prices were into the thousands. However we struck lucky in finding Doal's Farm. Owner Paul was fantastic in his speedy responses, confirming availability, acceptance of cats and fitting in with some personal restrictions we placed on...

"Spring Cottage was a great base for us while we were up in the area visiting friends. The cottage is cute and cozy and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The Trawden Arms is a short walk away and does good food and there are loads of great walks in the area. The host, Alex was very friendly and helpful."

"Place with history in the heart of England ! The most magnificent garden and endless trails right from your doorsteps.Hosts John and Victoria nice people who can answer any of your questions. "We enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was clean, well stocked and on a quiet street. The host communicated before our arrival and the details and instructions were easy to understand. The cottage was less than a 10 minute walk to the town square. A bit of a hill coming back to the cottage but not difficult at all. Hebden Bridge is a beautiful village and when we come back, we’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Nic!"
