"Pros: comfortable bed, great location, porters, housekeeping and cafe staff were great, great lobby; plentiful and comfortable seating. Cons: small bathroom, long lines at check-in/check-out, elevators (one broken), and luggage hold; additional staff would be helpful."

"The location was perfect for walking around the city. Close to time square but far enough away to be relaxing. Quick walk to MSG which was perfect after the concert to get home quickly. We felt safe Hotel is beautiful. We didn’t use the amenities but enjoyed our room. Staff were friendly and welcoming and I loved the ease of just texting the front desk for help with questions"

"The initial bellman was incredibly rude and talked down to me. Bad first impression! Hence, no tip which my friends told me he was mad about! Good! He deserved nothing for treating me like I was stupid! Rest of the stay was great. Love the rotating bar on 48th floor. Rooms were clean but there were no glasses in our room. Didn’t understand that one!"
