"We were there in mid-March and it was the offseason - skiing was winding down and the grapes were a long way from being wine. However, if you are looking for the perfect place and time to soak in the mountain air and sights in almost complete silence, this is the place to go! The room was awesome with a balcony, hot tub and sauna. The bed was the most perfect combination of firmness and comfort I’ve ever slept on. I woke refreshed every morning. It was the perfect place for my spouse and I to spend time with just each other and no other distractions! Highly recommend staying here and I know we will again!"

"Short drive (<30 minutes) to Seiser Alm or Ortesei for ski. Lovely view. Good for relaxing; quiet tiny village. Service staff were excellent. My favorite breakfast, so I will try to come back just for that! "

"Pros: The location, the spacious house and the historical ambiance. The house had a large living room which fitted all, so that we could easily spend time together. Equipped with all we needed, included toys for the kids. Cons: It was a bit unpractical that the ground floor apartment was not connected indoors to the rest of the house, when we rented the whole house. But in the end it was not a large problem."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Sonnenhotel Adler. Despite being the only Americans (mostly German speakers) the hotel staff was incredibly kind and patient with us. They even printed us our own menu for dinner (the dinner was included in our stay and it was some of the best food we had during our week long visit to different regions of Italy!)"
