"I can highly recommend the Spichrz Hotel having stayed for a few nights in September.
The main building (note there is also an annex which I didn't enter) has been beautifully restored from the original granary of 1719. Original beams and ceilings have been used, and there are nice features like the restored winching apparatus on the top floor.
The room was modern and clean. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom but there was a large (noisy) fan which helped.
The staff were friendly...

"If you are looking for a place to stay close to the old town then this property is an excellent choice. Only 5 mins or less you are in the town square and can enjoy many nice restaurants and cafes among the beautiful scenes of the city. The hotel is very clean, modern but has a rustic charm. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offers a large selection of options both hot and cold to meet anyone’s requirements. And the wellness spa was very relaxing. 5 stars in my books! "

"The room was spacious and the decor was beautiful. The location is exactly where you want to be. The staff were excellent and very helpful. I don’t speak Polish but that is not a problem here. And the breakfast included is a must. I hope to return soon."
"The only negative I have for this hotel is that there wasn’t a refrigerator. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Very close to old town Toruń. Must go to Manekin for breakfast!! So delicious!"
