Lovely stay fit my first time in Torun. All staff were so friendly. Breakfast was excellent with the added joy of Prosecco. Definitely go for a balcony!
Nice hotel in a smallish town. Can walk to everything but it's not right there. Pool ans hit tub were nice touches and not too crowded around Christmas
Nice hotel. Walkable distance to Stare Rynek. Breakfast buffet was good.. Waitstaff were on top of things. Quick clean up of dirty dishes. Bed and pillows super. Definitely recommend.
1 nt stay, hotel in great location close to river & city.
Chose due to standard & outdoor pool, which unfortunately was rather cool with limited sun beds.
Staff at reception very pleasant and efficient. Able to check in early as the 16:00 stated is ridiculous.
Room & bathroom spacious, pillows poor.
Breakfast great value and good selection and quality. Let down by staff not clearing and preparing the tables quickly.
In conclusion a great hotel which in our opinion could make so much more of itself.
Nice comfortable rooms. Checked in on Christmas, knowing it was Christmas, and called a day ahead asking what my dining options were. Was told there is a reservation only buffet that requires prepayment. Fine, I don't care, I need to eat. Prepayment options consistented of Polish only banking options which don't work if you're not Polish so I was told too bad despite offering to pay pash upon arrival or anything that would ensure I could eat. Tough luck was the abridged answer. Unfortunately the restaurant called Salt was open until 17:00 and I arrived at 16:00 something so I didn't starve to death but the food was mediocre at best and way overpriced wine was a half pour at best, maybe quarter. I'm no stranger to the finer things if I'm getting value and I most certainly did not as the food was concerned. Changed went to the pool area around 19:00 and was told they were closing (Christmas?) Didn't ask, just rolled my eyes. Place left a sour taste in my mouth. Room was very comfortable and clean as were common areas. No English TV, not even one channel. All staff spoke amazing English. Do better guys, it's a nice place won't take much to make it great
I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was assigned room 212 (15.03.25), which was located above the nightclub. The noise from the club was absolutely unbearable, running from Saturday night into morning. I could not sleep at all due to the loud music and traveling through vents.I tried to contact reception to request earplugs, my calls went unanswered all night, which was incredibly frustrating. The following morning, when I spoke to the reception, they showed no empathy or apology for the inconvenience. Instead, they simply stated that some guests are bothered by the noise while others are not. This response was incredibly disappointing, especially considering the price I paid for my stay. In high-end hotels, when something unacceptable like this occurs, I would expect at least a gesture such as a discount or a complimentary service like a spa, but nothing was offered here.I did ask if I could change rooms or even hotels if the noise continued on the next night, but I was assured that Sunday night would be quieter and thankfully, it was.
On a positive note, the breakfast was delicious, especially the omelette on Sunday morning, but that’s about the only positive part of my stay. Given the noise on Saturday night, I honestly would not stay at this hotel again even for free. It’s a real shame because the hotel itself has great potential, but the lack of customer service and the noise completely ruined my experience.
Soon as you walk to the room there is this smell,I've been there 3 times and smell was in every room.Hotel needs updating ,small tv ,and no usb in every room. The only good thing was the breakfast .
