"Room was clean and comfortable with A/C for our last night in Rome. Front desk staff arranged an airport shuttle for our early flight home, and even offered us take-away breakfast boxes since we had to leave before breakfast was served in the dining area. Loved having the shopping mall across the train tracks so we had things to do for the evening. Great restaurant options in the area. Only problem with the room was the shower door was hung backwards so when water sprayed onto it, the bathroom...

"Stayed here for an early flight, and would pay for a taxi from Rome next time. Very weird, not clean, tiny rooms, awful indoor mall behind with mall food, and nothing else. Was far too expensive for what we got."

There was a place to store baggage for early arrivals or departures after check-out, the room was comfortable with adjustable air conditioning and a shower with soap, shampoo and towels provided, and breakfast was great - a lot of variety! There were three kinds of cereal, loads of pastries and several types of bread, scrambled eggs and frankfurter slices (but one day there was bacon!), vegan pie, cake, varieties...
