"A well equipped* modern apartment in a convenient location for getting to the old town and local transport links. The apartment was clean and comfortable. In a block like this there is inevitably some sounds from neighbours, but it was generally quiet overnight, although traffic noise started from about 7am and people began moving about, but that's to be expected in a city location. "Didn’t receive any check in details so when we arrived I had to call them and they sent it to me. Fire alarm for building went off on our last morning as another guest burnt some toasts. Not the fault of the apartment but might have been nice to have received an email post-event given we were outbound for a while, had fire alarm going off for 2 hours and no working lift when we went to leave. "The staff are friendly and helpful, beds and pillows comfy, beach was accessible by bus (very clean, cheap transportation), Uber worked everywhere but less complicated to take a cab from airport. Also it's great that the Uber app includes taxis as a choice. Our room did not face the street and was exceptionally quiet. Spa and massage were good."

I assumed that the extra sleeping was only on a pullout sofa, which would’ve been terrible… But there was a loft with two beds above, so our unit could sleep easily for people comfortably and maybe a fifth. There was not a toaster oven, which was a disappointment. But otherwise there was the typical small European shower and kitchenette."

"The Anderson city flats are perfect for a central stay in the old town of Valencia. We stayed in the apartment on the top floor which has private access to a roof terrace. The apartment is very well equipped and cleaned daily. You just have to step outside the door and you are a short walk from the main historical sites. We checked in at the nearby hotel cosmo and found the team there to be really helpful and friendly - they are available 24:7 if needed. I would recommend this accommodation. "

"This was the second time I have stayed and it is a really nice hostel. The only annoying thing is that you can only go out on the terrace which it's attached to while the cleaning ladies are there in the morning, which seems like such a waste of a nice outdoor space to enjoy."
