He gave informative advice on restaurants and places to visit on our first visit to Valencia. He is a credit to this hotel. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again. A short 7 euro taxi ride from the centre and easy access from the airport by metro."

"Wonderful staff and service! Although they did not respond to my request to pick me up at the airport, but the drop off was easy to arrange and it was smooth. The front desk staff spoke English and were helpful. The restaurant was fantastic! The server was really nice. The room though took a little bit more time to be cold and it wasn't really that cold, just a little lower than your normal room temperature. Despite being very near the airport, the noise wasn't really bad. You can only hear faint sounds unless you open the windows."
