"The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Although we did not use any of the spa amenities, they appeared great. The bar by the pool was nice and the food was pretty good. Although not on the beach, the hotel was a short cab ride to the center of town and a ten minute walk to harbor where there were plenty of restaurant options. Our only gripe was the air conditioning, or lack thereof. When we got to our rooms the temperature inside the rooms were 82 degrees and stifling hot. After running the air for a few hours it only came down to a couple of degrees. We let the staff know and they immediately sent someone to check both of our rooms. After tinkering around, the staff let me know that he made an adjustment. A few hours later, the room cooled to 77 degrees and would not go any lower. The lowest it cooled to was 71 degrees in the one room and 73 degrees in the second room and that was at night only. I understand that the temperatures were really high while there (I think we hit 96 or so) and the humidity was extreme, but feel like a hotel of that caliber should have better air conditioning. Put a damper on what would have been a great experience."

"Es un hotel muy bonito, cerca de la playa, la comida es muy variada, nos ofrecieron después del check out continuar usando las instalaciones del hotel con duchas de cortesía sin ningún costo, las habitaciones son confortables. Lo volvería a elegir, tiene muy cerca Mercadona y restaurantes."

"The variety, quantity and quality of the breakfast buffet was a great plus. We had a few dinners and it was really delicious! The access to the pool and to the sea (jumping or going down the ladder) was also really nice. Amazing view from many places in the hotel! The two closest beaches (5 minutes walk distance) were great! Although, little portions of tea in the room would’ve been a plus since a kettle is available. Since it is on the top of a hill, you need to be in good shape enough to come back from the beach. A great stay and we would love to comme back some day!"

"The hotel was in the perfect location, walking distance to everything and only a short taxi ride from Palma airport. The staff were friendly, the room was basic but very clean and comfortable and we had a lovely sea view. The pool area is quite small and sunloungers are all reserved from very early on but the bar served good drinks and the views were spectacular. Aircon in the room was a bit hit and miss and a fridge (rather than just a cooler) would have been a lovely bonus. Pools towels were provided. Breakfast was good, a wide selection of things, although not as much choice as other hotels, and the main bar was a bit dated. Overall a good stay for good value."

"All the facilities in this property are really well kept. Rooms are big and really nice. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. The spa, swimming pools, and the gym are really well kept. Even with new machines at the gym, I really enjoy staying there. Also, the vibe is more adults versus kids. I will for sure comeback"

"We had the BEST stay at Playa Golf! Had read reviews about it being noisy and honestly the balcony doors are very noise cancelling and we slept so well (sea view room) and felt very safe. Everything was spotless and the hotel has everything you could need! It was amazing being a stone throw away from the beach and lots of restaurants / bars. Huge bonus getting free access to the most beautiful beach club next door too. Breakfast was delicious - it had everything you could think of and was always well restocked. The staff were all so lovely, friendly and helpful. Reception staff also help you book taxis and excursions. As an area it’s busy and has a nice buzz. It’s very close to Palma, the airport and Aqualand. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!"

"Disappointed only 1 pool open, was very busy Having to go from one building to another for meals when there is another restaurant which isn't being used isn't great either especially with how busy that was! Then not having half the drink machines on which caused big Ques especially for hot drinks on a morning!! I really like the hotel and this isn't my only stay here so I was disappointed!"

"We found the Zoetry Mallorca a lovely place to stay with two teenagers. The hotel is located in a middle of countryside and well positioned to visit several places, but you will need a car for travel. The amenities are well kept and the staff were amazing, friendly and courteous. We would definitely recommend Zoetry Mallorca for a relaxing break and a good base to visit several attractions and beaches in Mallorca."
