"Had a wonderful time at this beachfront property in Putzu Idu. Perfectly located—just a short walk to the main sandy beach, S'Architteddu, and only a short drive to S'Anea Scoada and Sa Mesa Longa. Quiet, yet close to the local conveniency store and a short walk (on the beach) to the best restaurant in the area. Mario and Francesco are great hosts, always ready to help."

"A very well kept house and garden about 1km from the beaches of Puntu Izu. The house is bright and modern inside and had everything we needed for a two week stay. The children enjoyed playing in the garden around and the veranda was a lovely, shaded spot to sit and look at the view. The landlady was welcoming and helpful and there was plenty of information in the house to show us where to explore the local area. Overall a lovely stay."

"No se corresponde con el anuncio. En ningún momento hace referència a que es un semisotano .Hasta que no llegas no sabes qe no es una casa/Chalet como se anuncia. Por otro lado hay que decir que estä muy bien equipado pero no hay la luz suficiente."

Siamo arrivati di sera tardi, ma la gentilissima prorietaria ci ha aspettato e fatto trovare un vaso con mirto e fiori di bouganvilla e un paio di bottiglie d'acqua in frigorifero: questa la dice lunga in fatto di ospitalità dei proprietari che dimorano accanto. "Sardinia is undoubtedly a lovely place but, for me, the best part of our holiday was Paola's house. It was literally steps from the sea and the relaxing sounds of the waves were the background to a much needed holiday for 6 stressed adults! The details now. The beds are very comfortable and the shower pressure is excellent. The kitchen is equipped to cook your meals but there are takeaway and eat in pizza places within easy walking distance even for an old bird like me! We also ate at the bar...

"The property was just as advertised. Tasteful furnishings and design. Clean and comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen and lovely terrace. Without AC it can be hot (we were there during perhaps the worst heat wave in years!) in certain rooms. Although it wasn't a bother for us, there isn't much of a living room space. Otherwise, a wonderful place in a lovely small hillside town (PS, don't expect much in terms of local eateries or entertainment! Again, not a concern for us)."

"Just back from a week in Seneghe and we all had a great time. The house is amazing and was larger than we were expecting. It has been really well restored and is quirky and very unusual - in a good way. We parked right outside and the town has a couple of handy little markets just along the road as well as a bank, Pizza restaurant (very good) and a bakers and couple of delis. - Seneghe is an interesting place to explore with lots of narrow backstreets and ancient houses and we loved wandering...

"Voor liefhebbers van lekker eten, natuur en voor mensen die echt mee willen leven in een dorp op Sardinië.. dit is een hele mooie plek. Echt weg van de massa, eerlijk eten voor eerlijke prijzen. Met kinderen enorm leuk (als ze buiten de gebaande paden kunnen lopen). Sam is fantastisch en betrokken, ook met de kinderen. Watervallen, stranden, springen in de golven, dammen bouwen in de beekjes...zelfs op een ezeltje rijden kan. Het huis is lekker koel en als je na een dag heerlijk eten en avontuur...

"La casa es tal y como se describe en el anuncio, cómoda bien equipada. La ubicación es muy buena tanto para ir a la playa caminando o para salir a hacer deporte y con algunas opciones de restauración cercanas. El aparcamiento delante de la casa puede ser complicado aunque un par de calles antes no suele haber problema. Los anfitriones son muy amables. Para visitar la zona mejor poder comunicarse en Italiano, no se habla demasiado Inglés."

"Die Wohnung hat alles was es braucht und ist sauber. In der Nähe zum Strand, ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen in der Nähe. Ende September eher etwas ausgestorben. Dafür sehr ruhig. Ideal mit Kinder. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an die schönen Strände in der Umgebung, Städte wie Cabras, Bosa.... Sehr nette Vermieter. Ein Auto ist nötig. Freundliche Grüsse Nadja Wojacek"

"An original Sardinian village house, very comfortable and well equipped. Everything was very clean and pleasant. Tiziana is very nice and helpful, the check in worked perfectly. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would book the house again at any time."
