"We stayed in June 2016 for 9 nights in this house. We really enjoyed staying there. It had everything we needed and looked well tended and quite new. The house consists of two entities. We stayed in the right one suitable for 4 persons. It has two bedrooms, each with own bathroom including toilet and shower. There is one additional bathroom with washing machine. The main entrace leads directly into the kitchen/livingroom. There is a roofed veranda in the front and back with chairs and a table....

"This was a short stay for us and served as a base as we explored the surrounding coastline in Sardinia. The township is small, but has facilities (although limited and some do not open daily)."

San Giovanni di Sinis is only a few minutes away by car and has several good places to eat. The beach directly in front of the house is difficult to access but a short walk brings you to an easier path. We were outside from breakfast till bedtime, always able to find a shady spot on the terrace when the sun got too...

"L'appartamento al piano terra è spazioso e molto comodo. Ottima la possibilita di grigliare in giardino e di pranzare nel patio. Preziosa anche la doccia nel giardino. Spiaggia e mare sotto casa (si arriva a piedi) molto belli. Peccato che il paesino non abbia nemmeno un bar. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Peccato che il paesino"

"La vacanza trascorsa lo scorso anno dal nostro gruppo presso questa abitazione ha avuto due aspetti contrastanti. La casa è molto comoda e di recente ristrutturazione, vicino al mare e in zona tranquilla ; poco attrezzata sia per la cucina che per l' esterno. I proprietari che abitano vicino si sono dimostrati molto poco accoglienti e poco collaborativi per risolvere piccole mancanze della casa. L' impressione è stata di persone poco abituate ad affittare la casa. In varie occasioni c'è...

"Casa tenuta benissimo, host gentilissima, ottima posizione…unica pecca la presenza di molti cani nel vicinato che hanno abbaiato rumorosamente (anche di notte 🙄)"

"We had a good stay at the house but there is a few things missing or not functionning. The oven, and 2 fires of the stove were not working; there was no hot water in the upper house; the kitchen is pretty small for the number of people; there is no toaster and no boiler. Otherwise the house is big and the outside area with view on the sea really nice. Nothing to do with the hoise but there is very loud music coming from a club several evenings of the week. Thank you !"
