"This was an excellent Hotel to stay at if you’re headed to the Knotts Berry theme park. Extremely accommodating for the entire family. Love the newly renovated lobby and extremely kind staff. We will definitely be back!"

"Everything was Great as it usually is for me. However I had my granddaughter with me, who loves to swim. Unfortunately the pool was CLOSED FOR RENOVATION. Very disappointed! Understandable but disappointing."

"Poor experience getting out of the parking structure. Took us 30 mins just to get out. We scanned our parking ticket and the system kept telling us the ticket we scanned was closed. Scanned QR code it wouldn’t take me card had to do it over 5 times I’m hoping I didn’t get charged all of them times, going to have to contact my back to make sure I wasn’t over charged."
