Ideally located for exploring the very best of Torbay, this apartment is within walking distance of Torquay's beautiful palm-lined seafront, lively promenade, and a selection of stunning beaches. A fantastic choice of restaurants lies nearby, including marina-side dining at Pier Point and fresh seafood at Rockfish on Torquay Harbour.

For those wishing to explore further afield, the towns of Kingswear, Dartmouth and Totnes offer independent shopping, riverside walks, and excellent places to enjoy lunch beside the River Dart. Nearby attractions also include Cockington Village and Country Park, located just two miles away and easily accessible on foot, while Babbacombe Downs is only a short drive away, boasting spectacular panoramic views across Lyme Bay towards Weymouth.
