"The Hotel was clean and well kept. Staff were a joy to deal with and made everything from check in/out to the breakfast buffet easy. We stayed two nights with our 1 year old and they were able to provide a crib. The room was tight with the crib but we were there for the Jays game and to explore the city. Not stay in an our room for extended periods of time. This was our first time staying here and if the price is affordable in the future it won’t be our last."

"It was a very nice hotel and everyone was very nice and friendly. Getting water down the hall everytime was a little inconvenient. Wish they would provide bottled water. If you are not use to downtown Toronto they have a bike path right next to sidewalk. I was not aware of this seeing I’m from the US. Canada puts bikers before actual pedestrians. A biker ran into me and knocked me to the ground and then proceeded to cuss me out. There should be signs up warning people of these bike paths. Plus there were a bunch of vehicles parked on the left side so, they come flying out of no where! The bikers should be told to slow down especially when riding in front of hotels. I will be following up with the mayor who probably won’t care because it is Canada. Maybe I will phone President Trump!!"
