Experience living in the heart of downtown. This condo is located in the entertainment district; steps away from best restaurants, shops, bars and attractions.
The suite is facing south towards Lake Ontario with a large balcony which is furnished with outdoor coffee table and chairs. From the balcony, most of the attractions the city is visible such as the CN Tower and BMO Field.
The living space comes with a lavish sofabed, chair, coffee table and 60” TV. Complimentry Netflix is also available. For privacy and shade, the windows are equipped with vertical blinds.
The Kitchen comes with all necessary appliances like Fridge, Oven, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Toaster and complete sets of chinaware, glassware and cutlery.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, side tables and accent/reading lights. The room has a large glazed closet to house all your clothings. For privacy and shade, the bedroom windows are equipped with vertical blinds.
The Bathroom houses a large bathtub, ceramic sink, toilet, large mirror with built-in lighting system and medicine cabinet.
The hall has an extensive glazed closet which houses the private washer and dryer for laundry and more space to store luggage and clothes.
