"I had a much better experience during this trip than my two previous ones—they are trying very hard to improve the guest experience. Prior to booking, I looked at reviews and they were as damning as my previous experiences. However, there are very few choices in this part of Toronto and o had no choice but to go there. It takes a while for the reputation to rebuild, and I have to say that this time the negative reviews do not actually reflect the actual experience. I was pleasantly surprised and I would not hesitate to go back. They do have a lingering issue with one elevator being down, and they don’t seem to have solved this problem. We were frustrated by how long it took to catch the elevator. A hotel with 21 floors can’t function well with just 2 elevators. Everything else was fine."
