Most commonly the guests have enjoyed the proximity to world class restaurants (King West), the airport, and hospitals. Guests are generally between 35-60 years of age.
This is a ground floor unit so you will never waste your time waiting for pesky broken elevators.
This is our home, but we are currently travelling and are not using it, and it is a condo. There are great amenities to enjoy such as pool, sauna and gym facilities (and jacuzzi in the summer)
