This only concern is the parking. We parked on the street. The owner helped us to register the car to the city per city's street parking polices. The location is very good especially is very close to new China town.

Overall i enjoyed my stay. The owner is very nice and the area seems safe. My recommendation is for the sheets and comforter to be washed more often. I kept feeling itchy when in the bed. Also, walls are very very thin. Other guests were having sex and/or arguing and you could hear everything. Other than that, I appreciated the amenities like the fridge, microwave, plates, and parking.

Great stay for the price!

Easy check in, very clean and quiet. One of 3 rooms in completely renovated basement. Kitchen & bathroom and everything you basically need. We lost a reservation downtown Toronto where we usually stay and had to find something last minute so searched hotels.com and glad we came up with this because the alternative was either very seedy or very expensive high end hotels since it was Labor Day week and start of the film festival. Drive to Downtown wasn’t that bad. Only complaint is that I wished there was an extra pillow or I brought my own because of back and neck issues. Otherwise great stay highly recommended. Thanks Ray & Jessica!!!!
