Welcome to our stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat located in the picturesque neighborhood of Richmond Hill. There is 2 living room and 1 fully equipped kitchen upstairs and 1 equipped kitchenette in lower lever with its own mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine
Each of the four bedrooms is beautifully decorated and features a comfortable bed, high-quality linens, and ample storage space. The four bathrooms are equipped with modern fixtures. 3 bedroom upstairs and 1 bedroom lower level.

the listing is the main floor (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) Plus the lower level unit which has a separate living room, one bedroom, kitchenette and its own 3 pc bathroom.
Total sleeping beds : 1 king bed and 3 queen bed(total of 8 people sleep)

Great location for day trips in the TO area

This was a great place to stay for us (we were two families with a total of 4 adults and 5 children aged 7-14) and great location for day trips to Canada's Wonderland and the Toronto Zoo!

Selected this property instead of of renting hotel rooms for our work trip. having 3 bathrooms made this very easy and efficient. The separate apartment layout downstairs made it very comfortable for our mixed group. The neighborhood is quiet and filled with elaborate mansions and near a school and public library and felt very safe for walking in the evening. Maddie was an attentive host and the house has all the needed amenities. Recommend staying there and keeping him busy so he does not sell out to tear it down and build his own mansion! Will definitely be staying there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be a little outside of the city, however, we found it very easy to drive to lots of activities. We had a very easy check in process. The house is very clean and it was nice to have 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and multiple living spaces (including the game room)! The kitchen is well equipped. Our host Madi was very nice and super responsive. He is probably the best host I’ve ever had at a rental property!!
