"Beds were comfy and the pajamas were nice as well! One awesome thing was the Family Mart in the lobby! The shuttles to the train station, mall and airport was very helpful! "

Although their English was a bit hesitant, we communicated smoothly using ChatGPT, and they carefully explained to us how to arrange luggage delivery. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a special toiletry set for children, and the adult toiletries were of excellent quality. The bathroom was very clean, with a comfortable water temperature and strong water pressure. Great morning buffet. The only small areas for improvement were that the showerhead kept rotating on its own, and the air conditioning had a fixed airflow that felt a bit too strong without an option to adjust it. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the staff’s warm and attentive service."
