"This property is located in a quiet street in a wonderful prefecture of Tokyo. Asakusa is accessible to the train to the airport, the Shinkansen (leaves from Ueno only 1 train stop away or a short cab ride), and has great dining and shopping options. We were really happy with the accomodation which also included a washing machine/dryer in the room. The small kitchen and dining area was super helpful. A small room but very functional! The hotel staff were really helpful and kind also."

"I wasn’t able to be given the room I booked but otherwise everything was perfect. The rooms might be a bit difficult for 2 people with luggage but for one person it’s big enough. The staff were friendly, the laundry was useful and the extra amenities (toiletries etc.) were appreciated. The location is close to a train station for easy access around Tokyo. "

"The front desk staff was very patient and extremely friendly. Although their English was a bit hesitant, we communicated smoothly using ChatGPT, and they carefully explained to us how to arrange luggage delivery. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a special toiletry set for children, and the adult toiletries were of excellent quality. The bathroom was very clean, with a comfortable water temperature and strong water pressure. Great morning buffet. The only small areas for improvement were that the showerhead kept rotating on its own, and the air conditioning had a fixed airflow that felt a bit too strong without an option to adjust it. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the staff’s warm and attentive service."
