"I cannot say enough good things about this place. The email arrived when it was supposed to, the codes worked, the staff were on hand and super friendly and helpful - from helping us with the washing machine to the AC...awesome customer service. They even had complimentary toothbrushes, pjs and slippers. Great selection of shops for food nearby. The only down side was the walk from the train or metro was a good 750 m - our fault for not checking."

"Booked a two bedroom Japanese suite for 6 adults and it was pleasantly spacious enough to accommodate. My only feedback would be that the kitchen is quite small, however I believe that the area that would have been utilised for the kitchen has been allocated to the tatami room. There was storage for suitcases which was very practical for those staying in the tatami room. The main washroom was spacious with double vanity. Walking distance to main asakusa area was great. Also close by is Tokyo...
