"Great location, close to stations. Staff were wonderful, so welcoming and helpful. Room was on the small side, as we expected, but was clean and comfortable. Towels changed every day and bins emptied but no other housekeeping which wasn't a problem. We used the luggage forwarding service, staff very helpful in completing the paperwork. Pyjamas, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and toothbrush provided in the room but there is a self-service area where you can pick up shower caps, razors, wash cloths etc and tea bags, coffees etc. "

"local is wonderful, this is my 7th time picking here. but this time there were some surprises during this stay. The bathroom was very smelly. It was just too late when I checked in, so I didn't ask for a room change or extra cleaning. I just wasted a lot of perfume to improve it.Please pay attention. Also I remembered when I made the resv. there should be breakfast buffet included, but anyhow, I did not have. "
