"Grand hotel with spectacular breakfast room and incredible selection of top-quality food. Comfy room but two quibbles: 1)tv is within a large mirror, with room reflection visible in the tv picture - and 2) the room's hall light goes on automatically if you get up in the night (waking up others in the room)"
"The Hotel has a convenient location if you want to visit the Nidaros Dome. Only abt 15 min walk from the Hotel. The breakfast was something else! Facilities like light systems and TV in our rooms did not work well or not at all. Slow action when it came to repair, but the straff was very seviceminded and flexible in helping out."
"We just came back from our week stay at the grand Olav. We had a great time. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The breakfast was the best as was the dinner. We enjoyed the coffee machine anytime we wanted some it was there to use. I was worried about not having AC. Being from Texas, USA in August- we need AC. But the room was comfortable with the portable fans they provided. We would definitely stay here again!!"
