"great spot, great price"

"It had a coffee maker that didn’t work it had a kitchenette up with absolutely nothing in it. It only had a microwave. And a refrigerator and sink. It also had a drain board for dishes that didn’t have."

"The room and property were clean and it was quiet. The location also felt safe and had quite a bit around it like gas and restaurants. We stayed for a night to sleep since we had a long ways home. I don’t know if we got the last room but the bed was broken and it was extremely uncomfortable. We also saw a cockroach when we opened the mini fridge."

"At one time this motel probably was very nice, but now it is under construction. The room I was given had a nice location, but only the front light worked. The bathroom was fine. The lights and electric receptacles by the bed did not work. At night, one needed a flashlight to get around, which I did not bring in to use. At least the bathroom was not far from the bed. I assume they bought cheap mattresses after the remodel, since this mattress was too soft. I woke up with a lower back ache which did not go away until a day later! The air conditioning worked fine making the room comfortable. The furnishings were fine, and the room was clean."

"We had a family of 8 with ages ranging from 80 to 2.5, this house was perfect for everyone to have their own space and still feel together. The game area, the pool, the grilling area, the grass with golf balls and clubs, the roof top covered porch, kitchen and especially the location were all AMAZINGLY perfect. The view from the yard overlooking the city at night with the twinkling lights, or the sun rising over the mountains each moment was breathtaking."

"We had an absolutely peaceful stay at this hidden gem of a property. Everything was absolutely spotless, pristine, and relaxing. We enjoyed every aspect of this home and will definitely consider staying here in the future when we return to AZ. Thank you for everything!"

"This location was perfect for us as it was close to our family, so we really only spent nights there. The rental is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The stairs to the loft are a bit steep but worked for our grandson."
