"Was looking forward to staying here based on reviews and pics of the property. Turned out to be a super disappointing experience. Our kitchenette wasn't cleaned before us. It was gross. The dishes were still wet with food on them from the people before and none of the pots and pans were washed. I washed them all. Its also really insanitary to expect guests to hand wash dishes for the next guests. Most hotels with kitchenettes have a dishwasher. The kitchenette was pretty bare minimum. No knives, no toaster, only 2 glasses...there was also no garbage bags in any of the waste bins. The floors were dirty. After requesting for the room to be cleaned for 2 days someone finally took care of it. The rest of our 7 day stay our room was never cleaned and no one ever even checked to take the garbage out or replace towels. We had to ask for eveything. The pool and hot tub also weren't very clean and was closed for 2 days which just added to the disappointment. The gym is super nice and the price is good but not for the lack of hospitality. We won't be staying here again and I wouldn't recommend it to other travelers."

"beautiful resort that needs a little bit of TLC. Chipped paint and exposed wood on the sliding doors to the decks/balconies. Bathroom vent fan covered with dust. Pool umbrellas need to be updated, had to fight with them to get them open and often took two people to figure out how to open them, finally had to call staff member to get them open. Wasn't just me ,witnessed this several times. Aside from that, staff is amazing and friendly, location is very good with beautiful views, Golf courses are in great shape. Girlfriend said the spa experience was very pleasant. Would stay again, but guys, PLEASE get new pool umbrellas!"

"Absolutely incredible place to stay! Very clean home! Quiet neighborhood and the backyard was amazingly private. We were looking for a place we could relax in a private setting and this was it! Fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities were great. We enjoyed the spacious master suite. Communication with Todd was easy and responsive. Highly recommend this place and will stay again if we’re ever in the Tucson area!"

"My siblings and spouses enjoyed this place no end. It was better than we expected! The hot tub was just right at 103. We didn’t ask to have the pool heated…it was the perfect temp. Everything was super clean. Such great decor and comfortable furniture, including the beds. I’m hoping to get back here again! "

"The whole stay was wonderful! Todd was more than accommodating, he was available for any question I had, and even came over to help with the hot tub late at night! The house and grounds were as good as can be! The hot tub temp was perfect (maybe even too hot). The pool temp was too cold, I'm afraid, but it was clean and pretty. "
