"Staff was nice. The rooms were the smallest of all our trip (4 different cities) and there was no access to the other side of the bed, so one of us had to hop over the other to lie down. The bathroom was also ridiculously small (the tub was exactly 36 inches lengthwise - challenging for my 6’4” husband) and to use the toilet we had to sit sideways to fit our legs. We were also disappointed by the pillows (they looked and felt like dish sponges, mesh and everything), and despite having two guests...

"Laundry is an absolute disaster, find a laundromat, your clothes will be damp no matter how many times you run them through the dryer if you can even find one since everyone else in the place will be having the same problem. The advertised pool and gym are also at an additional cost, something not mentioned in the Expedia listing. I usually like Apa hotels but this one is extreme frustrating and was a very inconvenient and poor experience."
