There was no staff present, no one to contact, and it was completely impossible to get assistance when I needed it. The key card they gave me didn’t work, and I was locked out for an entire night—with no one available to help, no phone answering, nothing. When I finally managed to speak to someone the next day, the staff were incredibly rude and completely indifferent to what had happened. They didn’t apologize or try to make it right in any way. It was honestly one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs."
